    1)  Singapore: Residents complained that the North East Line (NEL) has not made getting around easier, particularly for secondary school students. SBS Transit has replied that the cancellation of bus services is to prevent a duplication of the NEL train services. Two Members of Parliament (MPs) have intervened in the issue and SBS Transit has made some changes. (00:02:02)
