Synopsis :1. Singapore: The Bukit Panjang Light Rail Transit (LRT) service is still out of order after three days. After two false starts, Singapore LRT which operates the trains has given up trying to predict when the service will be up and running. 2. Singapore: Malaysian Prime Minister Dr Mahathir Mohamed says that Kuala Lumpur intends to further raise the asking price of raw water. Dr Mahathir also claims that Singapore's move to lower its offer shows the Republic is not keen to settle the water issue. Sound bite of Dr Mahathir. (00:05:17)

7. Philippines: The Philippine authorities have paraded five alleged members of the rebel Abu Sayyaf group, who carried out the recent bomb attacks in the country. A manhunt is underway to arrest other members whom the five have implicated in the recent bombings. (00:09:59)
