Synopsis :

Pang Jok tells Sam Gu that he has seen advertisements for units with one-month rent-free accommodation. He says that if he finds a cheaper place, he will move out. Sam Gu explains that when property developers have many unsold units, they rent them out at high prices in order to attract potential buyers of the good returns. In order to attract tenants, developers may offer one month free rental. Sam Gu resolves to teach Pang Jok and Mrs Pang a lesson. She tells them of two places that are offering one-month free rent and food for the family. With such good offers, Pang Jok and Mrs Pang decide to check them out. After a tiring journey and a difficult search, they arrive at one of the units.
