Synopsis :1. A man has signed an agreement with the owner to lease two levels of an apartment for five years. Two of his friends are puzzled because the agreed rentals are higher than that offered by others so they ask him why. After some discussion they are convinced that his plan is economically feasible.
2. A man considers the renting of umbrellas, rain coats and boots at ferry points to those taking a ferry during rainy days a viable business, so he shares his idea with his friends. They agree that it is worthwhile to explore the idea more fully.
