Synopsis :

Qing, accompanied by her two sons, sets off for her parents' house in another village soon after she learns that her father, a wealthy miser, is blackmailed by robbers. At night, due to heavy rain, they rest in a temple where Qing sees her father, covered with blood. When she calls him, he does not respond and soon disappears. They quickly run to his house which is nearby. Unbelievably, she learns on arrival that her father has been killed at around the same time when she saw him. He was killed because he refused to divulge the whereabouts of his valuables to the robbers.
