Synopsis :

Xiao Jiang's mother is suffering from a rare disease and needs to take a special type of fish soup. After fishing for two days, Xiao Jiang catches the fish with the help of a deity. But the fish is pregnant and begs for mercy not to hurt its eggs. Xiao Jiang is in a dilemma. Later, as suggested by the fish, he just cuts a small piece of flesh from its right side and then releases it back into the river. This is probably why the Bi Mu Yu's eyes and mouth are found only on its left side.
