Synopsis :

Mrs Ng pays Mrs Leong a visit to enquire about the man, Mr Luk, whom she had previously introduced to her an a potential son-in-law. Mrs Leung reveals that she was not interested in him when she found out that he does not own an apartment and she is not willing to let her daughter, Ooi Choo, marry someone who does not have property of his own. Mrs Ng is delighted as this means that she is now able to introduce him to her own daughter. But when Mrs Leung finds out that Luk is actually very rich, the two women get into a fight. Mrs Leong learns that her friend, Ah Kum has bought an apartment and has the intention of buying another. Knowing that Mrs Leong will only let her daughter marry someone who owns an apartment, she proposes that Leong's daughter marry her son. But Leong turns her down because she knows that Ah Kum's son has a physical defect.
