Synopsis :

Yu Hiong Weng and Mui Yeng Fun are colleagues and have fallen in love with each other. Their boss, Ng Bak Leng has also taken an interest in Mui and uses the fact that she owes him money to force her into marriage. But Ng is a married man and he tries to convince her into allowing him to marrying another woman by engaging the help of a fortune teller. Under the instruction of Ng, the fortune teller predicts that Ng will die in 3 months time and this can only be avoided by a second marriage. Mui and Yu decides to tell Mrs Ng about this and she plans to teach her husband a lesson by insisting that he must seek his approval for the woman that he wishes to marry. Furious, Ng confronts Yu and Mui and threatens to sack them but Mrs Ng, who is the chairman of the company, disapproves and even took Mui as her god-daughter.
