Synopsis :Recording is a special feature on the National Trades Union Congress (NTUC) First Annual Convention held from 14 to 17 September held at the Singapore Cultural Centre.
Included in the feature are excerpts of speech by Deputy Prime Minister Dr Toh Chin Chye, at the opening ceremony, NTUC Secretary-General Devan Nair, NTUC Chairman Ho See Beng, AUCE Secretary-General G Kandasamy, Minister for Labour Ong Pang Boon at the closing ceremony.
