Synopsis :This is a recording of a talk delivered by Mr Chua Peng Chye, Chairman of the Singapore branch of the Town Planning Institute, in connection with the lecture series "Singapore In The '70s" held at the Cultural Centre. Mr Chua discusses the physical aspect of Singapore and elaborates, in great detail, on the changes that will take place in the coming decade e.g. in the city area, outside the urban fence, on the off-shore islands etc.
