Synopsis :

This is a recording of two separate interviews with Mr Pang Tee Pow and Mr Teh Cheang Wan, the Chairman and Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Housing and Development Board (HDB), respectively. Similar questions are posed to the two interviewees. There are several re-recordings as some of the questions are modified as the interview progresses. The interviews are mainly in English. Mr Teh Cheang Wan attempts to answer the questions in Hokkien but eventually decides to switch to Mandarin.
