Synopsis :

This is a recording of the continuation of the Question-And-Answer session held after the first part of a panel discussion on "Emerging Patterns of Industrial Relations". The panel comprises representatives from the University of Singapore, NTUC, Ministry of Labour, Singapore Employers' Federation and the National Productivity Centre. The forum is organised by the Singapore Institute of Personnel Management.

In the second part, the panel goes on to discuss other changes in the industrial relations system which they see as an evolutionary development to the current pattern of industrial relations.
