2. Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew's speech at the Election of President of Singapore:
- Proposal to elect Inche Yusof bin Ishak for a third term as Head of State and President of Singapore;
- PM Lee eleborated on the Constitutional changes in Singapore since 1959 and the various appointments held by Inche Yusof bin Ishak;
