Synopsis :The Principal, S.F.R. de Sa, and the Chairman of the Choa Chu Kang Citizens Consultative Committee (CCC), Ong Koh Bee, spoke on the schools mission in building a multicultural and equal society. Besides a Chinese translation of Mr de Sas speech, there were also Malay and Tamil translations of Mr Ongs Hokkien speech, by M.B. Mydeem and V.S. Ramalingam (members of the CCC) respectively.
