Synopsis :At the press conference on Hai Sing Dewasa Institute, Chairman Adult Education Board (AEB), Dr Wong Lin Ken, announces the establishment details of the new Institute, a vocational school for women 'to meet the changing requirements' of Singapore. It is set up jointly by the AEB and the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary and it willl be run by a management committee to be set up. The Institute will start lessons on 6 March 1967 in the building previously occupied by the Maris Stella Vocational School at Holland Road. Dr Wong answers queries on the institute�s registration details, courses and goals.
