Synopsis :Tape consists of a series of speeches urging people to take X-rays for early detection, prevention and cure of tuberculosis. The speakers were the Chairman of the Citizens' Consultative Committee, Mohd Sultan bin Kadil Sultan, the Chairman of the the Joo Chiat Community Centre Management Committee, the Chairman of the Singapore Anti-Tuberculosis Association, Dr O.C. Leow, and the Minister of State for Education, Rahim Ishak, who was also the Member of Parliament for Siglap.
