Synopsis :Tape consists of speeches made at the Chinese New Year and Hari Raya Joint Celebrations at Chong Pang Community Centre. The four speechew are by: Vice Chairman of the Citizens' Consultative Committee Abdul Latiff (Malay ); Vice Chairman of the Committee Velupillian, Committee's Secretary Charlie Chan and MP for Semabawang Tiong Eng Siong. The Committee members speak on the importance of multiculturalism while Mr Tiong elaborates on the need for self-defence.
