Synopsis :The tape consists of an opening speech by a manager of Sing Chow and another speech by the Minister for Finance. The former is in Cantonese, translated into English, and the latter in Chinese and English. Dr Goh Keng Swee notes that with the new factory, Sing Chow can now do its own printing of brand names, instead of farming it out to other companies.
