Synopsis :Assemblyman for Tanglin E. W. Barker opens the Swiss Cottage Secondary School.
In a brief speech (in Malay, English) he says the government would find a place in school for every child in Singapore.
The Principal, Mr Jansen speaking (in Malay/ English) before Mr Barker, focuses on the new school, highlighting that Swiss Cottage is the 37th new school and the 11th new secondary school in the government's education drive. The school, which commences on 26/08/1963, has added to the successful education programme within such a short time.
