This file contains trial proceedings of the accused who was a civilian in employment of the Imperial Japanese Forces, attached to 343 Workshops & Pk Coy I.E. for the violation of the laws and usages of war at Port Blair in or about the months of Mar and Jun 1944. He was charged with the killing of one civilian resident as well as with the ill-treatmenf of another civilian resident of Port Blair.
