This file contains trial proceedings for the accused person, who was a civilian under the employment of the Imperial Japanese Navy, attached to HQ 11 Port Operating Group R.E. for the violation of the laws and usages of war at Port Blair between Jun and Aug 1945. He was charged with the ill-treatment of four Indian civilian residents of Port Blair, thereby causing their deaths.
