This file contains trial proceedings for the three accused persons who were civilians in the employment of the Imperial Japanese Army, attached to HQ 21 Group. I.P.C. for the violation of the laws and usages of the war at Kirkabad, Port Blair, on a day between 1 Jan 1945 and 31 Jul 1945. They were charged with the ill-treatment of two civilian residents of Port Blir, which resulted in the deaths of the said two.
