File contains one page - letter from JD Haskins, Acting Secretary for Chinese Affairs, Singapore, to Special Branch (DSB) asking for their consideration of a proposal to install a tape recorder in the desk in his office. Notes he has occasional visits from Lee Kuan Yew and others and it would be of great interest to record some of their comments
