Robinson Road, Singapore, with the Telok Ayer Market (Lau Pa Sat) on the left. Behind the market is the Eastern Extension Telegraph Company building which was later known as Cable and Wireless Building. In 1995, the building became the Telecommunications Authority of Singapore building, given conservation status in 2000 and became Ogilvy Centre in 2001. The building is restored and refurbished into a hotel (Sofitel So Singapore), opening in May 2014.
