A BOATEL WORKER PETER TAN, 30, FOUND A HUMAN SKULL FROM A HOLE HE WAS DIGGING ON THE BEACH OF PUNGGOL POINT. THE SKULL AND BONES ARE BELIEVED TO BE THAT OF AN ADULT AGED BETWEEN 20 AND 50. THE REMAINS WERE TAKEN TO SINGAPORE GENERAL HOSPITAL TO BE EXAMINED BY A PATHOLOGIST. PICTURE SHOWS A BOATEL WORKER DIGGING UP THE BONES AS POLICE AND PASSERS-BY LOOK ON
