GREG CUSACK TAKES HIS BRABHAM BT10 UP THE ESSES TOWARDS THE SNAKES. BRUCE BURR, HIS PARTNER AND MECHANIC SAID: "WE CONSIDER THAT THE CIRCUIT AND ORGANIZATION OF THE GRAND PRIX IN SINGAPORE IS COMPARABLE WITH THAT IN AUSTRALIA, FOR SURE". TONY GOODWIN AND ALAN DAVIS ASKED BURR ABOUT FUTURE ENTRIES FROM THE AUSTRALIANS. BURR'S REPLY WAS, "MONEY IS THE CRUX OF THE WHOLE THING, PARTICULARLY STARTING MONEY TO COVER EXPENSES. NOT MANY AUSTRALIANS COULD AFFORD TO COME OTHERWISE". THE INVASION WOULD EVENTUALLY TAKE PLACE IN 1971.
