This map measures the distance of key landmarks and districts across Singapore Island, taking the General Post Office in the Fullerton Building at Empress Place as its zero point. The Japanese stamp on the lower right hand corner of the map belonged to the Syonan-To library (which was the Raffles Library and Museum during the Occupation)
