These files contain mainly correspondence between the Registrar of Business Names and individual companies in relation to compliance of various provisions set forth in Ordinance/Acts of Business Names. It also contains action initiated by the Registrar to ascertain if a company is still functioning and if it was not, to remove its name from the register.
