Liaison Committee Children's Social Centres
The file recorded the minutes of monthly meetings held by the Liaison Committee Children's Social Centres in 1952. The Committee discussed the programmes, allocation of tasks, use of the Children's Centres Fund and accounts and problems encountered. A pamphlet "The Children's Social Centres" which covered the work of the voluntary workers in Social Centres was produced for distribution to voluntary workers and prospective recruits. A list of 14 Children's Social Centres as at 1952 was enclosed.
