    This is a recording of Prime Minister Lee Kuan Yew's address, in Mandarin and English, on the Agreement to set up Malaysia by 31 August 1963 signed in London. The recording was done a day after PM Lee Kuan Yew signed the Agreement. In his address, PM Lee has touched on:
    - Prime Minister Tunku Abdul Rahman's description of Singapore as the New York of Malaysia;
    - The detailed negotiations and arguments that went on before the Agreement could be finalised;
    - The fair and just settlements for Malaysia;
    - Why there were differences between some of the points reached in the Agreement signed and the 1961 White Paper on Malaysia;
    - The prospects for Malaysia.
